He is board-certified in Diagnostic Radiology and practices at the Saratoga Imaging Center,the North Country Imaging Center, and the Glens Falls Hospital. Dr. Kelly is the current president of ARA.His areas of interest include MRI, CT and Ultrasound as well as general diagnostic radiology and mammographyincluding ultrasound and stereotactically-guided mammotome biopsies of the breast.
